Job Synopsis:
Position: Technical customer Support executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: 0-3 years
Education Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech: EEE, ECE, CS, IT; B.Sc/BCA/M.Sc/MCA: Computer science or equivalent field.
Skillsets:
- Handle customer calls and support chat
- Good communication – English, and Hindi. Outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Should be able to work on both Indian and Western time
- Should be capable of performing initial diagnosis/troubleshooting of the issue reported by the client
- Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Positive, service-oriented personality
- Willingness to travel
- Collecting customer requirements and identifying potential problems that may arise with the product or service
- Coordinating with internal teams on customer needs.
